My artistic research is based on my travels, the exploration of wilderness. In this sense, the drawing functions as the track of an experience throughout a journey.
However, I had to face a moment when it was impossible to travel anywhere physically. Therefore, by drawing, I set off on an abstract journey, a journey within the unseen.
Just like a motionless traveller, I explored the silence and isolation in this new conditions of everyday life and then, gradually, symbols and archetypes started to emerge in it.
It is in such indecipherable moments that this collection of drawings has arisen, as maps and visions of an unknown territory.
